Get it together!

When a black, queer actress gets her big break by signing a binding contract with a TV network that she finds out is funded by racist homophobes, she’s forced to go to comedic extremes to convince her bosses to fire her in order to avoid breach of contract.

This web series is turning heads and sparking all kinds of interest! The original script written by Katrina Reynolds is in the development stage and well on its way to a future of full production! 

After being selected for funding by the IPF and CMF we shot the proof of concept trailer for this absolutely hilarious show and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for the series.

Get It Together lands right smack dab on Booked & Busy’s Mandate. Comedy with a message. It’s a load of laughs, jokes on jokes on jokes ​​but it’s also got something to say. It’s a story about right and wrong, good vs evil, and the importance of exposing the hypocrisy of a company that will accept queer labour while denying queer stories. WE LOVE IT!
