Katrina (Kat) Reynolds is an actor, writer, director and producer who’s honoured for the opportunity to tell stories for a living on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Kat’s love for storytelling began on stage. She’s performed on Broadway, at The Stratford Festival, The Shaw Festival, The Charlottetown Festival, The Vancouver Arts Club, and many other stages across Canada and the USA.
As a multi hyphenate film creative, you can catch her acting on screen in many network TV series, playing the bubbly bestie in a whole bunch of your favourite Hallmark Christmas Movies, or directing award winning indie films and web series.
Her short film called 'A Day In The (After)Life of Diane Staples' which she directed, co-wrote and produced and for which they built a 100% female/non binary cast and crew, won Best Igniter Film at The Canadian Film Festival Igniter Showcase, Best International Film at its US premier at the Broad Humour Film Festival in LA and The Warner Bros Discovery Access Canada Filmmaker Award at Yellowknife International Film Festival!
